West Cork Irish Stout Cask Matured

West Cork Stout Cask is a blend of grain (75%) and malt (25%) whiskey aged in first fill bourbon casks and then finished in casks that had held Blacks of Kinsale

Tasting notes:

Nose: Aromas of dark chocolate, raisins and cracked nuts dominate over milder tones of citrus and vanilla.

Palate: A creamy mouthfeel led by coffee and spice turning towards sweet ripe fruit and candy.

Finish: A medium creamy finish. The Blacks of Kinsale stout flavour lingers a little.
